This app 'Client' works through Direct Booking of a shipping order through:
Placing an order by listing full booking details; our selected best OTR Truckers; view listed jobs for the day, jobs' locations and listed prices.
Once a job is accepted the Trucker assigns it to himself.
Orders get executed as per the listed shipment booking details.
The execution process is updated throughout the operation so our 'Client' can view his order execution progress right on time as it happens through the Introduction of smart technology connecting 'Clients' with qualified 'Truckers' and the provision of Online Tracking Platform as all our trucks are satellite monitored.
Once the booking is complete, the driver gets paid off via a Smart App through our partnership with a leading bank in the Egyptian financial market.
Naqla commits to implement safety measures to ensure loads are handled safely and efficiently & this consequently reflects its impact on the economy as a whole (financial, energy consumption, traffic management, safety, etc.)
We have insurance policies that cover all our shipments; NAQLA is held liable for any lost or damaged shipment in case the damage was caused by NAQLA or any of its partners.
